Psalms 119:118–119

¹⁰With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

²¹Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

¹³But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

¹³But euill men and seducers shall waxe worse and worse, deceiuing, and being deceiued.

²²That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

⁶Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

²⁰He feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

³I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.

²⁹Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.

²³And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

²¹I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

⁹Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

¹⁰And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

¹¹And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

⁹ Euen him whose comming is after the working of Satan, with all power and signes, and lying wonders,

¹⁰And with all deceiueablenesse of vnrighteousnesse, in them that perish: because they receiued not the loue of the trueth, that they might be saued.

¹¹And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should beleeue a lye:

¹⁰For in this mountain shall the hand of the Lord rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.

^10‖‖For in this mountaine shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab shalbe troden downe vnder him, euen as straw is troden downe for the dounghill.

²⁴And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

²⁴And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall bee led away captiue into all nations, and Hierusalem shall be troden downe of the Gentiles, vntill the times of the Gentiles bee fulfilled.

³And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.

³And yee shall treade downe the wicked: for they shall bee ashes vnder the soles of your feet, in the day that I shall doe this, saith the LORD of hosts.

³⁶Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues.

³⁷For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.

³⁶Neuerthelesse they did flatter him with their mouth: and they lyed vnto him with their tongues.

³⁷For their heart was not right with him: neither were they stedfast in his couenant.

⁵⁷But turned back, and dealt unfaithfully like their fathers: they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.

¹⁰Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

¹⁰Fortie yeeres long was I grieued with this generation: and sayd, It is a people that doe erre in their heart: and they haue not knowen my wayes.

²⁰And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

²⁰And the winepresse was troden without the citie, and blood came out of the winepresse, euen vnto the horse bridles, by the space of a thous and and sixe hundred furlongs.

²But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:

³And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.

³And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of siluer: and he shall purifie the sonnes of Leui, and purge them as gold & siluer, that they may offer vnto the LORD an offring in righteousnes.

²³And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

²³And then wil I professe vnto them, ^*I neuer knew you: ^*Depart from me, ye that worke iniquity.

²³For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

²³For rebellion is as the sin of ^†witchcraft, and stubburnnesse is as iniquitie and idolatrie: because thou hast reiected the word of the LORD, he hath also reiected thee from being king.

¹⁸Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross: all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver.

¹⁹Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye are all become dross, behold, therefore I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.

²⁰As they gather silver, and brass, and iron, and lead, and tin, into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to melt it; so will I gather you in mine anger and in my fury, and I will leave you there, and melt you.

²¹Yea, I will gather you, and blow upon you in the fire of my wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst thereof.

²²As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I the Lord have poured out my fury upon you.

^18†Sonne of man, the house of Israel is to me become drosse: all they are brasse, and tinne, and yron, and lead in the midst of the furnace: they are euen the drosse of siluer.

¹⁹Therefore thus saith the LORD God, Because ye are all become drosse, behold therefore I will gather you into the midst of Ierusalem.

^20† As they gather siluer, and brasse, and yron, and lead, and tinne into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire vpon it, to melt it: so will I gather you in mine anger, and in my fury, and I will leaue you there, and melt you.

²¹Yea, I will gather you, and blow vpon you in the fire of my wrath, and ye shalbe melted in the midst thereof.

²²As siluer is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the middest thereof, and ye shall know that I the LORD haue powred out my furie vpon you.

²⁵¶ And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:

²⁵¶ And I will turne my hand vpon thee, and ^†purely purge away thy drosse, and take away all thy tinne.

³⁰Reprobate silver shall men call them, because the Lord hath rejected them.

^30*‖Reprobate siluer shall men call them, because the LORD hath reiected them.

⁴⁹So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

⁵⁰And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

⁴⁹So shall it be at the ende of the world: the Angels shal come forth, and seuer the wicked from among the iust,

⁵⁰And shal cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing, and gnashing of teeth.

¹²Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

¹¹¹Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

¹²⁶It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void thy law.

¹²⁷Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

¹²⁸Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

¹²⁶ It is time for thee, LORD, to worke: for they haue made voyde thy Law.

^127*Therefore I loue thy Commandements: aboue gold, yea aboue fine gold.

¹²⁸Therefore I esteeme all thy precepts concerning all things to be right: and I hate euery false way.

⁴⁰As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

⁴¹The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

⁴²And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

⁴⁰As therefore the tares are gathered and burnt in the fire: so shall it be in the end of this world.

⁴¹The Sonne of man shall send forth his Angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdome all ^‖things that offend, and them which doe iniquitie:

⁴²And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wayling and gnashing of teeth.
