Psalms 119:47–48

⁴⁸My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.

⁹⁷O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

⁹⁷¶ O How loue I thy Law! it is my meditation all the day.

¹²⁷Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

^127*Therefore I loue thy Commandements: aboue gold, yea aboue fine gold.

⁷The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

⁸The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

⁹The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

¹⁰More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

^7‖‖The Law of the LORD is perfect, conuerting the soule: the testimonie of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

⁸The Statutes of the LORD are right, reioycing the heart: the Commandement of the LORD is pure, inlightning the eyes.

^9†The feare of the LORD is cleane, enduring for euer: the Iudgements of the LORD are true, and righteous altogether.

^10*†More to bee desired are they then gold, yea, then much fine gold: sweeter also then hony, and the hony combe.

³⁴Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

¹⁶I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

¹PRAISE ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

²²For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

²¹¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

²But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

¹⁴Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

¹²Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine hand against them, saith the Lord God, and they shall bear their iniquity.

²²But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

²³For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

²⁴For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

²⁵But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

²²But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers onely, deceiuing your owne selues.

²³For if any be a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like vnto a man beholding his naturall face in a glasse:

²⁴For hee beholdeth himselfe, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what maner of man he was.

²⁵But who so looketh into the perfect Law of libertie, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetfull hearer, but a doer of the worke, this man shall be blessed in his ^‖deed.

⁹Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.

⁹Thine hand shall be lift vp vpon thine aduersaries, and all thine enemies shalbe cut off.

¹²Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.
