Psalms 69:27–28

¹⁰Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the Lord.

¹⁰Let fauour be shewed to the wicked, yet will hee not learne righteousnesse: in the land of vprightnesse will he deale vniustly, and will not behold the maiestie of the LORD.

⁵And cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee: for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.

²⁸And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

¹⁰And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

¹¹He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

¹⁰And hee saith vnto mee, Seale not the sayings of the prophesie of this booke: for the time is at hand.

¹¹He that is vniust, let him be vniust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and hee that is righteous, let him bee righteous still: and hee that is holy, let him be holy still.

¹¹And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

¹²That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

¹⁴Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:

²For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

³For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

³For they being ignorant of Gods righteousnesse, and going about to establish their owne righteousnesse, haue not submitted themselues vnto the righteousnesse of God.

¹⁵But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the Lord had said.

³⁹And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

³¹Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

⁴Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

⁵And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.

⁴Saying, I haue sinned, in that I haue betraied the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to vs? see thou to that.

⁵And hee cast downe the pieces of siluer in the Temple, ^*and departed, and went and hanged himselfe.

¹⁴Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

¹⁴Let the iniquitie of his fathers be remembred with the LORD: and let not the sinne of his mother be blotted out.

¹²So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels.

^12*‖So I gaue them vp vnto their owne hearts lust: and they walked in in their owne counsels.

¹⁸Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

¹⁸Therefore hath hee mercie on whom hee will haue mercy, and whom he will, he hardeneth.

³¹But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.

⁶And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

¹⁹And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

^19*And when he saw a figge tree in the way, hee came to it, and found nothing thereon but leaues only, and said vnto it, Let no fruite growe on thee hence forward for euer. And presently the figge tree withered away.

¹⁷As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.

¹⁸As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.

¹⁹Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

¹⁷As he loued cursing, so let it come vnto him: as hee delighted not in blessing, so let it be farre from him.

^18†As he clothed himselfe with cursing like as with his garment: so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oyle into his bones.

¹⁹Let it be vnto him as the garment which couereth him: and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

⁵He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

⁵Hee shall receiue the blessing from the LORD, and righteousnesse from the God of his saluation.

³²Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin-; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.

³³And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

³²Yet now, if thou wilt forgiue their sinne; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy Booke, which thou hast written.

³³And the LORD said vnto Moses, Whosoeuer hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my Booke.

²⁰Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

³And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

⁹And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord God.

^9‖And mine hand shall be vpon the Prophets that see vanitie, and that diuine lyes: they shall not bee in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel, and ye shall know that I am the LORD God.

⁸And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

¹²And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

¹³And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

¹⁴And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

¹⁵And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

¹³And the sea gaue vp the dead which were in it: and death and ^‖hell deliuered vp the dead which were in them: and they were iudged euery man according to their works.

¹⁴And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire: this is the second death.

¹⁵And whosoeuer was not found written in the booke of life, was cast into the lake of fire.

²³To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

¹⁹And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

¹⁹And if any man shall take away from the wordes of the booke of this prophesie, God shal take away his part out of the booke of life, and out of the holy citie, and from the things which are written in this booke.

⁵He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

⁵Hee that ouercommeth, the same shalbe clothed in white raiment, and I will not blot out his name out of the ^*booke of life, but I will confesse his name before my Father, and before his Angels.

¹⁶That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

¹⁶That he who blesseth himselfe in the earth, shall blesse himselfe in the God of trueth; and he that sweareth in the earth, shall sweare by the God of trueth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

⁹Then said God, Call his name Lo-ammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.

⁹Then sayde God, Call his name ^†Lo-ammi: for yee are not my people, and I will not be your God.

³And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:

^3‖And it shall come to passe, that hee that is left in Zion, and hee that remaineth in Ierusalem, shall be called Holy, euen euery one that is written among the liuing in Ierusalem,
