Psalms 15:1–2

³Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place?

⁴He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

⁵He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

^4*†He that hath cleane hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lift vp his soule vnto vanitie, nor sworne deceitfully.

⁵Hee shall receiue the blessing from the LORD, and righteousnesse from the God of his saluation.

⁴Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

⁴I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

¹³Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

⁶Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

²³And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

²⁴And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

^23*And the citie had no need of the Sunne, neither of the Moone to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lambe is the light thereof.

^24*And the nations of them which are saued, shall walke in the light of it: and the kings of the earth doe bring their glory and honour into it.

³O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.

⁴Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

³And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

⁴And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

³And I heard a great voice out of heauen, saying, Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men, and he wil dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himselfe shalbe with them, and be their God.

^4*And God shall wipe away all teares from their eyes: and there shall bee no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there bee any more paine: for the former things are passed away.

²²But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

³Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

⁴Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

⁵Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

³Iesus answered, and said vnto him, Uerily, verily I say vnto thee, except a man be borne ^‖againe, he cannot see the kingdome of God.

⁴Nicodemus saith vnto him, How can a man be borne when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mothers wombe, and be borne?

⁵Iesus answered, Uerily, verily I say vnto thee, except a man be borne of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdome of God.

¹BLESSED is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

²But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

³And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

⁴The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

¹¶ Blessed ^* is the man that walketh not in the counsell of the ^‖vngodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornefull.

²But his delight is in the Law of the LORD, ^*and in his Law doeth he meditate day and night.

³And he shalbe like a tree planted by the riuers of water, that bringeth foorth his fruit in his season, his leafe also shall not ^†wither, and whatsoeuer he doeth, shall prosper.

⁴The vngodly are not so: but are ^*like the chaffe, which the winde driueth away.

⁶Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

⁴One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple.

⁵For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

⁶And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.

^4‖One thing haue I desired of the LORD, that will I seeke after: that I may dwel in the house of the LORD, all the dayes of my life, to behold the beautie of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.

⁵For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pauilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me, hee shall set me vp vpon a rocke.

^6†And now shall mine head be lifted vp aboue mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of ioy, I will sing, yea, I will sing praises vnto the LORD.

⁴I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

³And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

¹HIS foundation is in the holy mountains.

²The Lord loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

³Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah.

¹⁴And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

¹⁵Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

¹⁶They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.

¹⁷For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

¹⁴And I said vnto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and haue washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lambe.

¹⁵Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serue him day and night in his Temple: and hee that sitteth on the Throne shal ^*dwell among them.

^16*They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more, neither shall the Sunne light on them, nor any heate.

¹⁷For the Lambe, which is in the middest of the throne, shall feede them, and shall leade them vnto liuing fountaines of waters: ^*and God shal wipe away all teares from their eyes.

¹AND I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.

¹¶ And I looked, and loe, a Lambe stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundreth fourty and foure thousand, hauing his Fathers Name written in their foreheads.

³For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.

⁴He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever.

⁵His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him.

⁹Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

²⁵Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

⁷He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

⁸He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

⁸He keepeth the pathes of iudgement, and preserueth the way of his Saints.

¹²What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

¹³Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

^12*What man is hee that desireth life; and loueth many dayes, that he may see good?

¹³Keepe thy tongue from euill, and thy lippes from speaking guile.

⁷Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

⁷Little children, let no man deceiue you: he that doth righteousnes, is righteous, euen as he is righteous.

³⁵But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

¹⁰For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

¹⁰For wee are his workemanship, created in Christ Iesus vnto good workes, which God hath before ^‖ordeined, that we should walke in them.

¹⁶¶ These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

¹⁷And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the Lord.

¹⁶¶ ^*†These are the things that yee shall doe; Speake yee euery man the truth to his neighbor: execute the iudgment of trueth and peace in your gates.

¹⁷And let none of you imagine euill in your hearts against his neighbour, and loue no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.

⁶He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

⁶He that sayeth he abideth in him, ought himselfe also so to walke, euen as he walked.

⁷¶ O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the Lord straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?

⁷¶ ^‖†O thou that art named the house of Iacob, is the Spirit of the LORD straitned? are these his dongs? doe not my words do good to him that walketh vprightly?

⁴He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

³³Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,

¹⁴But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?

¹⁵He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;

¹⁴Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

¹⁵For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

⁸For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.

⁶And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

¹¹For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

⁸But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
