And thou shalt say: I will goe vp to the land of vnwalled villages; I will goe to them that are at rest, that dwell safely all of them dwelling without walles, and hauing neither barres nor gates;

And the chambers, and the entries thereof were by the postes of the gates, where they washed the burnt offering.

Yet they shall be ministers in my Sanctuary, hauing charge at the gates of the house, and ministring to the house: they shall slay the burnt offring, and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister vnto them:

At the West side foure thousand and fiue hundred, with their three gates: one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, one gate of Naphtali.

In the day that thou stoodest on the other side, in the day that the strangers caried away captiue his forces, and forreiners entred into his gates, and cast lots vpon Ierusalem, euen thou wast as one of them.
